Overview
Widgets are available on the ESGI homepage to add visibility into progress at the class, group, and student levels. You can customize your homepage by adding any widgets which meet your needs.
How to Add Widgets to Your Homepage:
1. Click the widget customization icon in the Homepage Widgets section of the homepage, located directly below the student and tab selection bar at the top of the page.
2. From the Home Screen Widgets modal on the right of the page, you can select the widgets you’d like to display on your homepage for both the class/group and student levels by selecting the appropriate tab within the modal (Image 1a).
3. Enable or disable widgets by clicking the checkbox for each widget (Images 1b & 1c).
4. Click the Apply button in the upper right corner when finished setting up your widgets.
Viewing Widgets on Your Homepage:
Widgets are located at the top of the homepage, above test cards and below the header row. (Image 2)
This widget can be expanded or collapsed, based on your preferences:
- To expand the widgets row on the homepage, click the expand arrow icon on the far right within the Homepage widgets row.
- To collapse the widgets row on the homepage, click the collapse arrow icon on the far right within the Homepage widgets row.
Widget Options
The following options are available for Classes/Groups:
- Raw Score: Displays the sums of raw scores for tests taken in each tab by adding the last session result for each test and comparing it to the total possible score. Scores are divided by test type, with a total score setting available.
- Average Performance: Displays the selected class’s or group’s average performance for all tests within the selected tab.
- Questions Answered: Displays the number of questions your students have answered this week and last within the selected tab.
- Time per Question: Displays the average time per question for all students in the class or group for both the current and previous weeks for all tests within the selected tab.
- Untested Students: Displays the number of students who have not been tested across all tests within the selected tab. Easily navigate to the Untested Students report via the Details button.
The following options are available for each Student:
- Raw Score: Displays the sum of raw scores for tests taken in each tab by adding the last session result for each test and comparing it to the total possible score. Scores are divided by test type, with a total score setting available.
- Average Performance: Displays the student’s average performance for all tests within the selected tab. A delta value is displayed for a quick comparison between student and class data.
- Questions Answered: Displays the number of questions a student has answered this week and last within the selected tab.
- Time per Question: Displays the average time per question for all students in the class or group for both the current and previous weeks for all tests within the selected tab.
- Tests Taken: Displays the percentage of tests taken within the selected tab for the student and class.
