Untested Students (District & School Admin)

Overview:

The Untested Students Report identifies students who have not been administered a specific assessment within a user-defined number of weeks. This report helps you quickly see which students may have missed a scheduled testing window or require follow-up assessment to maintain consistent progress monitoring. The list of untested students can be viewed on-screen for immediate review or downloaded and printed for use in team meetings, planning interventions, or documenting assessment completion.

Accessing the Untested Students Report

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, select “Data” located on the left side of the application window.

  2. Select the "Classes" level of the hierarchy.

  3. Select your desired class and click on the blue "Run Reports" button.

  4. From this pop-up, select "Untested Students".

Viewing the Untested Students Report

  1.  A table will display the tests based on the subject tab that was selected. Navigate to a different subject tab or specific test by using the drop-down arrows.

  2. If a single test is selected, the screen will provide the option to "Show only untested" and "Back to all tests in Subject Tab"
  3. The up and down arrows to select the number of weeks to view students who have not been tested in the selected time frame (maximum is 40).
    1. If a test was given in the selected time frame and displays 100%, the test does not need to be given again. 
    2. If a test was administered during the selected time frame but was not scored at 100%, the score will appear as “number correct out of X.”
  4. To download the report, click Download then PDF, Google PDF, Excel, or Google Sheets.
