Overview

How to View Test Session Details from the Homepage

1. From the Homepage, select the class, group, or student for which you’d like to see test session details.
2. Option 1: Click the Test Session Details icon on the test card . Next, select the date of the test session.

Note: If the student has completed more than one test session, select the specific session for which you’d like to see details from the dropdown menu displayed. 

3. Option 2: Select the Test Title for which you'd like to view the test session

4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Test Sessions section.

5. Click on the Session Details button in the lower right to open the test card window. The tests will be listed by the date given.

How to Export All Test Sessions

At the bottom of the Test Details window, you will see an "Export All" option, which exports session details for the entire class, and a "Session Details" option, which you can select and print for individual students.

  1. The "Export All” will have 4 options to choose when downloading (Image 1):

    1. One PDF file for current session

    2. One PDF for all test sessions
    3. Zip Current session
    4. Zip all sessions

  2. Select your download option and then select "Got It" in the download window.

How to Download Individual Test Sessions

  1. Select the Session Details Button across from the students name.

  2. If there are multiple test sessions select the dropdown arrow next to the students name. The dropdown will display all tests session with the option to view and download (Image 1).
  3. At the bottom of the Test Session Window, select the Download button.
  4. When the download is complete, the Test Session Report will display.

Viewing the Test Sessions Report

  1. All data shown in the test session details report will display on the PDF (session number, duration, date, time, score, correct, incorrect, not tested questions and any notes that were recorded).

  2. The PDF page header will print the date, subject tab, teacher (that administered the test) and class.

  3. Each page in the PDF will be numbered at the bottom-right.
