Entering Previous Test Results

Overview
Test sessions previously administered to students can be manually entered into ESGI so that historical assessment data is captured and reflected in your reports.
How to add a Test Session
- Click on a student's name from your class list, then select the test name.
- Once in Session Details, Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Add Session" button (Image 1).
- Once the test items are selected, change the Test Session Date to when the original session was administered.
- When you are finished, click the ADD button.
Adding a Test Session for Different Tests
- Depending on your test type will determine how your Test Card Window will appear.
- On a Yes/No test card, all test questions will be marked in the Not Tested column. Check the boxes for each question (
) for correct, (X) for incorrect, (NT) for Note Tested. - On a Single Score test card enter the total points possible.
- On a Rubric test card, select "Add Session Manually" select one of the 4 boxes for each question to get your total score.
- On a Yes/No test card, all test questions will be marked in the Not Tested column. Check the boxes for each question (
