1. Select the Session Details under the Session List:
2. Click "Edit Pencil" at the top of the page:
3. Answers can be modified one by one, or by selecting the bulk select option at the top of the editing screen. This option enables you to select an entire row of responses, allowing you to choose correct, incorrect, or not tested with ease. Additionally, you can refresh or reset your selections if you need to start over.
Note: Answers under the "Not Tested" column are counted in the score as "Incorrect". Answers under the "Not Tested" column can be left out of the Parent Letter. To include the "Not Tested" answers on the Parent Letter, select the “Skipped Questions” option when running the Parent Letter.
4.Once the answers are changed and completed, click "Save". Saved changes cannot be "undone" because the system does not know what was edited, but answers can be selected again and moved back to their original column.
