Account Expiration and Data Access

Overview:
A commonly asked question we receive is "When my account expires, will I lose my data?"
No, you will not lose any of your data. When your account expires, it is "frozen" until you re-activate it with an Activation Code or credit card. You will then be able to sign in to your account, and all of your data will be there.
How to View Your Expiration Date
1. Log into your ESGI Account.
2. Click on the Profile
icon located at the bottom left corner of your screen.
3. Your Expiration Date will appear on the My Account popout menu on the right side of the screen (see Image 1).
