Class Grades Report (Admin)

Overview

The Class Grade Report allows District and School Admins to create customizable, report‑card‑style grade report. The system is able to support personalized grade level (A, B, C, etc.), percentage ranges (e.g., 90–100% = A), and point values for each test.

Important:

  • Teachers can customize grade scales only on gray subject tabs.
  • Blue (School) and Purple (District) subject tabs are managed by the school/district.
  • Teachers can create a grade scale to share with colleagues, provided all accounts are linked to the same organization.

How to access Grade Scales

  1. From your Admin Dashboard, select “Data” located on the left side of the Dashboard.

  2. Select the "Classes" level of the hierarchy.

  3. Select your desired class (or student) and click on the blue "Run Reports" button.

  4. From this pop-up, select "District Grades".

  5. Select

My Scales - Choose an existing scale (if any have been set up) or Create My Own. You also have the option to select a pre-loaded System Scale.

Note: That a grade scale will apply to all tests within the subject tab. While the grade percentage range can vary by test, the grade scale is constant for the entire subject tab.

                    • Display not tested as:
                      • If the "NT" radio button is selected, an "NT" will display if the student was not tested.
                      • If the "Zero" radio button is selected, those same values become 0.
                    • Results:
                      • Carry forward - if checked, the score will reflect the student's last test session regardless of which marking period they were tested in. For example, if the student is not tested during the 2nd marking period, the 1st marking period's score will remain.
                        • If "Carry forward" is not checked, only the scores from specific marking periods are shown.

                    • If All is selected, scores from all marking periods will be shown.
                    • The report can be sorted by First Name, Last Name, and by the highest-to-lowest or lowest-to-highest score within each marking period column for a specific test:
